Additionally , ginseng may help increase the body's resistance to stress . The most important benefit of ginkgobiloba is that it increases blood flow to the brain , which improves short and long term memory as well as reaction time and mental clarity (2.3). The combination of these two plants improves sexual function , treat sexual dysfunction in male and female and erectile dysfunction in males. Phytoton is also able to be quite effective in diabetic patients among them, impotence is very common, It's active constituents improve blood flow and circulation in the sex organ . Improved blood flow is important for maintaining sexual health and wellness without any undesirable side effect such as headache , nausea , gastric upset , chest pain , dizziness , or change in blood pressure . It should be noted that panacene a peptide with insulin-like effects lowers blood glucose in diabetic patients . It has been demonstrated that ginseng saponin significantly increases plasma ACTH and corticosteroids. ACTH first stimulates an increase in cAMP in the adrenal and then promotes corticosteroid synthesis. The combination product has been studied on the cognitive function in middle aged healthy individuals. In a double blind placebo – controlled trial for 14 weeks, the different and frequent evaluations using 160 and 320 mg twice a day in 259 volunteers was performed. different experiments such as attention, and memory tests was asked to be done before morning dosage and it was performed again at 1,3,6 hours after the administration of the compound (4) .
